Josh focuses his practice on Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury cases. Prior to attending law school, Josh worked as a Critical Care Respiratory Therapy Technician which helped Josh develop the clinical and practical medical knowledge which contributes to his understanding of the medicine. He has developed relationships with many outstanding medical professionals who are experts in their field and not just hired professional witnesses.

Josh concentrates his practice in the areas of Birth Injuries, a subspecialty of medical malpractice cases, such as Cerebral Palsy and Erb’s Palsy cases. Josh also represents people with Personal Injury cases such as automobile accidents, slip and fall, and other types of Premises Liability and Products Liability cases.

  • Over a 95% success rate in cases filed in obtaining a settlement or verdict as compared to a 25% success rate for the industry
  • Over 80% of Josh’s cases are referred by other attorneys who lack the legal and/or medical expertise
  • Authored Chapter 15 of Dr. James O’Leary’s Obstetrics textbook which advises other attorneys how to handle shoulder dystocia/Erb’s palsy cases
  • Executive Committee member for the Birth Trauma Litigation Group (Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA)/AAJ from 2002-2006.
